This class will explore how our mindsets as well as spiritual forces shape our reality while providing guidance on how to begin to re-align our thoughts, habits and beliefs to reach our highest potential. Students will learn techniques to combat stressful situations including breathing and meditation techniques.

Students will learn how to develop and deepen their own personal self love expression and explore a deeper relationship with the universe and Source (God). This class although is faith based, is not denominational, and is created intentionally with a non judgmental, multicultural and universal approach so that it engages many areas of spirituality and personality for deeper individual wisdom and understanding. This class will incorporate ancient wisdom as well as modern concepts to maximize the inner and outer transformation of the student.
