Zipper for the pants (between 11-13 inches)
Zipper for the top (15-19", over 17 for size L+)
Cotton fusible interfacing (half yard or less)
Cotton fabric: 4 yards
Bias binding tape - color should match fabric
1 inch wide elastic (less than half a yard)
