Whether you wish to learn ASL as a hobby or in order to communicate with others, it is a useful language to learn these days. This class is for those who are in the beginning stages of learning ASL. Sign language knowledge is not needed in order to participate.
This class will focus on different aspects of ASL. This includes learning facial expressions, numbers, finger spelling, signs for household items, family signs etc.
Gabrielle is originally a self- taught in ASL since 2013 due to having a Deaf family member. This sparked her interest in learning sign language at a higher level. Gabrielle obtained her Associates degree in American Sign Language in 2023.
