I have been practicing yoga for over two decades and I credit it with keeping me centered in both mind and body. I love teaching yoga and sharing my passion with others.
This is a flow class, which means we’ll be moving smoothly from one posture to the next, linking breath with movement. The practice is designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance, while also giving you space to settle your mind and connect inward.
Throughout class, students are invited to listen to their body and honor what they need—whether that’s taking a modification, slowing down, or resting at any point. There’s no rush and no “right” way to practice. Let your breath guide you, let the movement feel steady and intentional, and allow this time to be fully yours.
