Students will learn how personal patterns, attachment styles, and emotional habits influence relationships, while developing confidence, boundaries, and self-worth. Through a blend of relationship coaching and yoga-based embodiment practices, participants will explore how the mind and body work together to support emotional regulation, authenticity, and self-expression. This integrated approach highlights the psychological and sociological impact of being grounded in oneself when forming romantic connections.
As the instructor, I bring a holistic approach that combines life coaching, relationship coaching, and yoga to support both inner and outer transformation. Classes are conducted in a supportive, inclusive environment and include guided movement, coaching discussions, and reflective exercises. No prior yoga or coaching experience is required—only a willingness to explore, grow, and reconnect with yourself.
