Over four live sessions, you’ll learn how to take small, realistic steps toward better health using the six pillars of lifestyle medicine: nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, social connection, and substance use. Together, we’ll explore what really works for you through simple tips, self-reflection, and honest conversation. No fad diets. No guilt. No perfection. Just real progress made doable.
